Love to Ride Cycle Challenge
There will be a monthly prize for May, June, July, August and Sept.
The prizes aren‚Äôt necessarily given to the person who cycles the furthest. Increase your chances of winning by:
- Cycling in your leisure time (as well as to work),
- Set and achieve goals
- Post photos of your trips
- Invite colleagues at Quorum
You can log your miles online or via the Love to Ride app OR you can simply link one of the following accounts to your Love to Ride account in the Settings section and the miles will be automatically added to your profile without you having to log in!

So what are you waiting for‚Ä¶Register (or log in if already registered), Set yourself a goal, Start logging some miles, Post some photos and Recommend the challenge to your colleagues.
(NOTE If your company is not registered then you will need to register it as a new organisation)
First prize will be a bike lock worth ¬£40 and the winner will be announced at the end of May.¬†

#30DaysWild Art competition for kids
Let your kids bring out their #30DaysWild Side with our arts and craft competition.¬†
Looking for a half term activity? Why not get your kids to take part in our art event! One of our #30DaysWild events with Northumberland Wildlife Trust.¬†
Children 15 and under could win an arts and crafts gift set worth over ¬£25 by entering our #30DaysWild art competition.¬†
The theme is 'into the wild'. Paintings, drawings, models and crafts - anything goes!¬†
Drop entries (or scanned pics of entries!) off at the Hub before Friday 22nd June for their chance to win.¬†

The first game starts at 16.45 but you can let us know if you're not able to make our first matches - let us know what time works for you!

Free Yoga Sessions, Week Four
Enjoy a Free Yoga Session from Yogi Yogi Yoga.
Class Three in a Six Week Programme of Yoga Classes provided by British Wheel of Yoga instructor, Jane Crane.
Jane will contact you in advance of the class for a health brief and to see if you need to borrow a yoga mat.
You don't need to come to each session, but you are certainly welcome to

The 45 minute Hatha Yoga sessions will include stretches through basic postures, breathing practices and relaxation.

Family Learning Sessions with TDR Training
Looking to keep the kids entertained in the summer holidays?
Are your children budding scientists, keen to get stuck in with hands on experiments and fun?
Why not send them along to FREE Family Learning Sessions at TDR TRaining based on Quorum Business Park.
Designed to promote STEM subjects, the sessions see familys working together on experiments in the lab.
These can include, Kitchen Chemistry (including making slime!) water rockets, Spaghetti towers and learning about the solar system!
Available to children from 5 years old, at least one adult family member must be in attendance- if you're at work you are welcome to send grandparents along!
